The Basic Math Library provides all levels of BLAS (level 1, 2, & 3),plus one-dimensional FFTs. BLAS routines are fundamental to all areas ofnumerical application programming. These BLAS routines are tuned toenable users to achieve optimal performance when porting software fromother machines. Single and double precision are supported for both realand complex data types. The one-dimensional complex-to-complex and real-to-complex FFTs included in this library are fundamental to signal andimage processing applications.
